TAXIS For 1, 2 or 3 people we can send a safe, reliable taxi to your hotel in Quito to the Lodge for $60.-$65. each way. We no longer provide airport pickups. TOYOTA VAN Don Bayardo, a retired air force officer, can pick you up small groups or families in his new Toyota minivan. Comfortable, with large windows and plenty of room, don Bayardo makes the two hour drive very pleasurable! For 3 (minimum) or more people the cost is $22.00 per person each way, with group discounts available. TOURING THE AREA Taxi Tours to the lakes and villages cost $12.00 for 2 or 3 people.
