WELCOME the sunrise with a mug of organic Andean coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, a wide assortment of tropical fruit as well as a choice of scrambled eggs in butter and herbs (with or without ham), spiced oatmeal, yogurt and granola, waffles with Raspberry syrup, sourdough whole wheat toast, sweet butter and home made marmalade.

FOR dinner, choose from vegetarian as well as gourmet meat dishes such as: 3 cheese lasagnas (made with our famous organic tomato sauce), spicy enchilada casserole, lamb curry, oriental veggies, chicken pot pie, spinach/cheese pie, juicy sirloin steaks, mashed potatoes with herbed organic veggies as well as an assortment of local dishes such as roast pork with Andean trimmings. Dinner comes with soup, appetizers, bread basket, desert and coffee or tea.
