So, in a way, we are creating a small gated community for those searching for an alternative to the Cotacachi urban lifestyle, which is also not for everyone.
I guess everyone believes their property is special and one of a kind... ours really is! Totally private and isolated yet only 3 miles from Otavalo, we have lovingly managed and maintained a successful Lodge for over 12 years. As we approach our 70s we are ready to downsize and simplify.
The lifestyle is ideal for a buyer that knows and loves the Otavalo/Cotacachi area, has a working knowledge of Spanish and a willingness to participate and collaborate with the Indigenous community. Good health and a positive, independent attitude would be essential.
